Laudagi is provided for lawful business, developer, and operational use. You are responsible for your deployment, model keys, and actions executed through your agents.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not use Laudagi for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
- Follow provider terms for any third-party APIs connected to your deployment.
3. Accounts, keys, and security
You are responsible for credential storage, access control, and operator approvals in your environment. Keep secrets secure and rotate compromised keys immediately.
4. Support and availability
Support is provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. Product availability and roadmap may evolve without guaranteed timelines.
5. Warranty disclaimer
Laudagi is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Laudagi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
